Food

Toby D.O.G. A bratwurst — specifically a bratwurst — is wrapped in four different kinds of bacon sourced from nine different animals. Not a single millimeter of sausage remains visible; the thing is mummified in roughly five full layers of bacon for structural integrity and spiritual protection. Then the bacon‑log is injected with a molten cheese slurry made from ten cheeses: swiss, cheddar, provolone, bleu, monterey jack, muenster, one smoked cheese of the eater’s choosing, and three additional cheeses left entirely to the imagination (and moral compass) of whoever orders it.Once stabilized, the monstrosity is skewered like a corndog and dunked into a thick, mysterious batter. The primary ingredient is unknown, but it’s suspiciously sweet — most assume honey is involved, though no one has confirmed this and the chef refuses to elaborate. It is deep‑fried until golden brown and until anything inside that could die is unquestionably dead.It is then removed, slathered in onions, submerged in a vat of lard and butter, coated in a second layer of batter, and deep‑fried again until that layer also reaches a perfect golden crisp. By default, the Toby Dog is rolled in ranch dressing immediately after the second fry. You can request no ranch, but the staff will absolutely judge you for it.It is served on a paper plate that immediately begins to dissolve under the sheer volume of grease, creating a thrilling race against time to eat it before the plate gives up entirely. And because the Toby Dog alone is not enough chaos for one meal, it comes with a mountainous pile of curly fries or onion rings and a cold drink to help you survive the experience.Toby Wings These aren't just wings — these are Toby Wings, the kind of masterpiece only the Yolk Folk would proudly serve. Every wing gets wrapped in thick‑cut bacon, tight enough you can practically hear it crisping already. Then we dunk the whole thing straight into melted cheese, because Toby said "dip it" and nobody here is about to argue with him.And of course we keep going.We work cheese right into the batter so when these hit the fryer, they turn into deep‑fried cheese rockets blasting off into greatness. Then we mix up a second batter loaded with chopped onions, fry that too.What you end up with is a wing that crunches, melts, sizzles, and feels like it probably breaks at least three food laws — but thank the Twelve it doesn't.
